If ARS-105 introduced you to the 6-R model, this course makes you competent in it. You will study each step in detail — learning not just what to do but when to do it, how to read the counselee, when to press forward and when to pause, and how to steward the intense emotions that surface during restoration. This is the most rigorous course in the academy because it is the most important. Your competence in the 6-R process determines whether the people you serve will experience breakthrough or disappointment.
