Restoring Leaders & Organizations

The 6-R Framework for Fallen Leaders & Toxic Workplaces

8 Weeks4 Credits4 Modules4 Assessments

Course Overview

Power reveals the soul. When broken people are given authority, their unhealed wounds corrupt their leadership. Pastors burn out, executives become tyrants, politicians oppress. Meanwhile, the organizations they lead become toxic — cultures of fear, sabotage, and survival. This advanced course equips you to counsel fallen leaders and facilitate organizational transformation using the Arukah 6-R Framework. Based on both "Restoring the Powerful" and Professor Dolly Ntseane's groundbreaking research on workplace dysfunction in Botswana.
